About the Artist …
Having worked within the Montreal Jewish community setting for half a century (26 years with the Jewish National Fund Organization and 23 years as National Executive Director of Canadian Magen David Adom, another Israel based organization, she decided it was time to make an important move … RETIREMENT. Her decision opened many doors for her to express her creativity. Although she had no formal artistic training, her love for painting stemmed back to her early childhood. At age 10, she babysat and used her meager earnings to purchase art supplies to paint on skirts, jeans, dishes, shoes, etc. Now, 50 years later, she enjoys the privilege of painting on canvass at her leisure. Her studio is located in her home in Montreal and she welcomes
